Contactless delivery
We always deliver fresh flowers in a safe and responsible manner and have adapted to contactless delivery for safety for everyone’s peace of mind:
- Placing your floral gift on the doorstep
- Ringing the doorbell
- Our driver will stand back and stay at least two metres away
- If no one answers, we will place your floral gift in a safe place and post a card
- We will record proof of delivery on our handheld device and take a photo if applicable
- Drivers will (as always) observe the highest-quality hygiene standards
- We also recommend contactless delivery to our delivery partners.
